Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (Germany)

We ship our items as insured parcels via our logistics partner, GLS. Items available for immediate dispatch are shipped Monday through Friday, ensuring you receive your delivery within 2–5 days of payment receipt.

We charge a flat rate of € 10.85 per order for packaging and delivery, with the exception of Colorama background paper and products requiring freight shipping (e.g., ceiling rail systems, background systems). For these items, the exact shipping costs will be provided in your order confirmation following the checkout process.

Standard Shipping (International)

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination country. You will receive the exact shipping costs with your order confirmation after completing the order process.

Colorama

Below is an overview of the price tiers for Colorama products.

Shipping time for 2.72 m x 11 m, 2.72 m x 25 m, and 3.55 m x 30 m rolls: next business day (excluding Saturdays)

Shipping time for 1.35 m x 11 m roll: 2 to 3 business days, or optional express shipping (next business day, excluding Saturdays)

Freight Carrier

For products that require shipment via freight carrier due to their size or weight, we calculate the shipping costs separately and inform you of these costs in the order confirmation generated by our inventory management system.
