Für jedes Gerät wird ein Kostenvoranschlag erstellt. Kostenvoranschläge sind, wenn keine Reparatur oder Neukauf erfolgt, kostenpflichtig. Im Garantiefall entfallen diese.

IMPORTANT:

  • Please remove the modeling lamp and the glass dome and do not include them in the shipment!
  • Fit the transport protection cap onto the device and make sure it sits firmly.
  • If possible, use the original box. If needed, we're happy to send you a box (subject to a charge).
  • In the case of a warranty claim, please enclose the proof of purchase.
